Width and Gauge Checking
Before entering the conversion department, each polythene tubing undergoes meticulous width and gauge checks. This ensures that the tubing meets the required specifications for uniformity and consistency in production.
Testing of Sacks
During the conversion process, polythene sacks are subjected to rigorous testing. This includes assessing the length and sealing capacity of the bags to ensure they meet the predefined quality standards.
Pallet Inspection
After the completion of the pallet, the Quality Supervisor initiates a comprehensive inspection. This involves randomly selecting 3 boxes from each pallet to recheck the quality of the products.
Quality Approval
Upon successful completion of the inspection process and confirmation of quality compliance, the products are approved for dispatch. They are then securely stored until they are ready to be shipped to customers.
